Shipping Formation & faqs Currently most orders usually ship within 24-72 hours of the order being placed (Except on weekends and government holidays). However some products may be harder to obtain or ship due to stock or factory issues / delays. We ship a majority of our packages via USPS as they're the most reliable and cost effective for shipments. USPS Express (USA Only): This shipping method generally takes between 1-2 business days to arrive at its destination. It is a reasonably cost effective and quick method of shipping parcel in the United States. The closer you are to California the less time your package will remain in transit. Tracking number is sent to email upon shipment USPS Priority Mail (USA Only): This shipping method generally takes between 1-4 business days to arrive at its destination. Do you ship to my country? Currently we only ship to the United States of America
When does my order ship? All orders require 1-2 business days of processing time prior to shipping. If the order is made before 11:00 AM PST, then it will usually be shipped out the same day. Delays include, but not limited to, the payment status of the customer, the billing and shipping information validity, and the availability of the ordered item(s). How do I track my package? A tracking number will be provided via email once an order has been shipped out. You can also login to your account and select your order to view the tracking number. If there is no tracking number then the item has not shipped yet. After receiving the tracking number, you can click on the link provided in the email or simply enter the tracking number in the Track Order feature on the right side menu of our website. Alternatively, you can also track your USPS packages by going to USPS.com or by contacting USPS at 1-800-222-1811. Please allow at least 24 hours for USPS to update their system before tracking your order.
What happens if my shipment is missing items? If the package appears to have been tampered with or is simply missing items, please contact us ASAP, any delays with cause delays/problems with replacement/refunds.
