Important: When contacting us please only submit your inquiry to ONE email address above and be sure to include your Order # (if applicable) in the Subject Line. DO NOT submit the same question to multiple email accounts or they may be considered spam by our Email Management Software.
Order Processing: Please note it normally takes 1-2 business days for your order to process and ship once the order is placed with us. If your order is not received by 12pm (Noon) then the following business day will count as the first day of processing. Please do not contact us about the order processing/fulfillment until 3 full business days have passed.
Technical Support: If you must contact us to obtain limited technical support, please provide as much information about the problem as possible so we will be able to troubleshoot the situation as quickly and effectively as possible.
Order Cancellations/Changes: Please contact us at Sales@consolegadgets.com to cancel or change an existing order as soon as possible. Please provide us with your Order # in the email correspondence to help us identify your order quickly. If your order has already been processed we will not be able to change or cancel the order, but you may be eligible to return the order for a refund per our return policy posted on our website.
